The room was new-fashioned and cheap, also it had smoke detectors. Had very central location to town centre & railway. Further, it was very close to shops, pub, public transport, Airport Shuttle.

Nothing.
It was dirty, uncomfortable and damp. I was informed that my room was basic because I am a builder but it was booked online and they gave me the room on arrival. I will never stay there again and could not recommend it to anyone.

The stay was quite decent for a budget option. The room was fairly simple, but it had a good shower with nice water pressure and a kettle, which I appreciated. Being close to the bus stop made my travels to the airport super convenient. the walls were quite thin, and noise from neighboring rooms did disturb my sleep a bit. it was functional and met my needs for a short transit stay.

£35 and Gatwick
Staff complained about taking cash that he had to goto the bank. Last lady guests hair and pubics in the sink and shower. Put in a twin room and asked to use 1 bed and 1 towel which seemed quite rude. Door for bathroom very dirty.
